Something to satisfy the sweet tooth, without the fat and sugar of conventional ice-cream!   Ingredients (serves 1) 1 large frozen banana (chopped) 2 Tbsp frozen blueberries (+ some for topping) 2 Tbsp plant milk (click here for the Activated Almond Milk recipe!) 1 tsp raw

Date + Walnut Nice Cream

A sweet treat, without the fat and sugar of conventional ice-cream!


 

Ingredients (serves 1)

1 large frozen banana (chopped)
3 pitted dates (optional)
1 Tbsp organic almonds
1 Tbsp walnuts (chopped)
1/2 c filtered water

 

Method

Soak dates and almonds in water in fridge for 1 hour, then blend until smooth. Add frozen banana and blend until creamy. Stir in chopped walnuts and serve immediately
