Eating nutritious food doesn’t have to be boring!
It doesn’t have to be about restriction and deprivation and always being hungry!
It’s eating wholesome, nutrient-rich foods that give your body what it needs and enjoying it. It’s about eating REAL food packed with nutrients, vitamins and minerals that help keep your body healthy, happy and strong.
It’s also about making foods that satisfy the soul and the tastebuds and not depriving yourself of the foods you love.
All of my recipes are dairy-free, egg-free and plant-based, suitable for anyone who is vegan, lactose intolerant, or allergic to eggs or dairy. Many are also gluten-free and yeast-free. Wherever possible, I use organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains for my recipes, in the spirit of reducing a lot of the harmful chemicals we are exposed to each day.
Many of the recipes make 4 to 6 good sized servings, because left-overs are great for lunch the next day, or freezing for later!
But most importantly, they all taste great and make eating nurturing foods easy! 🙂
